Check your purchase email.
After payment is confirmed, we email your license and download instructions.
The email includes a license key, a license file and installer download links. Save the email and both files. You can transfer the installer and license file to a fully offline computer.
If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder. For license or download help, email hi@ephemerislab.app from the address used for your purchase. Do not send payment-card details or private client charts.
Returning to this page does not establish that payment succeeded. Your payment provider confirms the transaction and sends the receipt separately.
